Easy ordering
Easy ordering; catalog was clear, and understandable. Delivery was 2 day early. The pipe was excellent, and the wood was clean, and beautiful. The Engraving was clear and clean. A couple of things to mention : I made mistakes in my order so it was not the maker's fault. I did not choose a darker wood -- but no problem. IMO the bowl was not as deep As I would like, BUT it is satisfactory. I am beyond please with the workmanship, and the efficiency of the maker!
