Ordered a dress for my granddaughter but it didn’t fit. Return policy looks straightforward but when you request a return & refund, then comes the partial refund offers or you can pay to cover a return to POLAND which from the U.K. is £15+. My advice where a company looks a little too good to be true is to contact them to ask where returns have to be sent. Beware, these unscrupulous companies are everywhere these days!
