Ordered approx 3 weeks ago; no response on second chase-up to live support
Ordered the largest/best Lawn Robot approx 3 weeks ago. No sign of shipping, so chased on live chat. Was told the order would be definitely with me by 10th April. Still nothing had arrived (even an apology, update or shipping ETA) so followed up by chat/support also. Usual chat AI nonsense but no human after 20 minutes. Bad start to purchase of a very expensive lawn mower...
