Sales rep knowledgable, not every pushy to make sale. Installers arrived on time, finished well within expect time - including removal of old fixtures & debris - showed me how to use the tub controls & the bidet controller. Minor issue handled by phone; minor repair (light not working) fixed quickly, without waiting too long for repair person to be scheduled & arrive.
