Bad customer service once they have your money
My boyfriend spent a fortune on the 'crush on you' range. The earrings, necklace but my favourite was the ring. I have had the ring less than 2 years and one gem fell out. We asked if they would help with this, they offered a 20% discount instead that they already freely offer on the website!! That ring meant a lot to me as it was the first he bought me. I am very disappointed they would not sort it as I barely wore it because I was so careful with it. Honestly disappointed! Stick to UK jewellers, never had this problem here.
