I'm impressed by the live support. I had an issue related to a recent migration of my shared hosting from CPanel to StackCP mostly due to my account being in place for so long, I had some very outdated configs. I was skeptical that I was going to be able to get live support but I gave the Support Chat a try. The support agent I got was able to very quickly identify multiple issues and resolve them for me.
