Charlotte is a good customer service representative. She listened to my complaints about my original order and how dissatisfied I was with the item I ordered. She took charge and applied a solution that I’m satisfied with. Even though I would have preferred having the original item I ordered, I’m satisfied with her solution. I received the bird feeder, filled it and hung it the same day. My first time with a bird feeder so looking forward to watching the birds.
