Waste of Time and Money
Like many people I read the reviews of this company before purchasing my daughters dream formal dress online and was concerned about the negative feedback. However, as the dress my daughter had chosen was "The One and Only" we chose to ignore the negative and what we thought to be one sided reviews and take a chance and order the gown anyway. Well..... the reviews were correct! First the dress didn't arrive in the time frame they advised because they had no record of the payment which they charged to my card on the day the dress was ordered (9 weeks prior) Once they confirmed that I had in fact paid for the dress they advised that it would take a further 2-3 weeks to ship. The dress finally turned up, way too big, very poor quality, and nothing like the one we ordered in the picture. Following many emails back and forth the company offered a $40 refund on the $279.00 dress which you could only use for a kindy dress up day. Absolutely peeved and annoyed at myself for disregarding the reviews before purchasing the gown however you learn from your mistakes and all we can do is hope that no one else makes the same mistake.
