Got left stranded, no after sales service whatsoever. Definitely never again. We, a family of 6, booked a bus trip from Ha Tien to HCM via Baolau and got left stranded in Ha Tien as no one informed us that the bus leaves 30 minutes early. When asking why we didn't get an email about the change in the bus schedule, they had the audacity to blame all on us, when all it would have taken was an email, simple as that. They even lied about certain aspects of the dilemma. Really bad business behavior.
