I purchased a Sound blaster X G6 direct and this morning I received what I can only describe as a damaged, dirty, very unlooked after customer return. It's filthy, the box is marked, the item is covered in surface marks, damage to the top of the item and damage to the front IO. I contacted them via their web chat to find out what on earth is going on and I was told I would have to wait for the results of their investigation ??? There is nothing to investigate, they sent me a damaged customer return !!!!! Send me a replacement !!! No one even mentioned a prompt collection and exchange. Very bad and disgusting customer service. After I supplied them with serial numbers, method of delivery, and detailed images of the box, and the item in question.
