Very, very poor service!
I placed an order on 69,94$ on the 14/08/15 and ordered it with express delivery (within 5-7 days) - now it is the 1st of september, and I still haven't seen the shadow of the things I purchased. Thursday the 27/08/15 I asked customer service what happened, and they told me to wait a few days - even though I ordered express delivery because it was for a present. STILL haven't seen anything today! NEVER ordering from here again - and all they can do to compensate is give a bonus on 10$ which I can use for nothing, since I will never shop here again. A refund is not possible either!
