VERY UNRELIABLE
The order of a football shirt has not arrived. Ordered in early November in time for Christmas. I have contacted them via email, they have responded like others say with "don't worry your item has been dispatched". Their email had a tracking number, when checked it has not been dispatched. So have sent another email asking when it will be dispatched, how long it will take, or send me a refund. Obviously will not be using them again.
