$198.99 order never received and no refund 9 weeks later
Very disappointing experience. I ordered $198.99 of costume including express delivery on the 20/04 and still haven’t received the order nor got the money back as I asked. Messages take days, if not weeks to be responded to. I ended up having to buy another costume for my daughter as there was no update of any sort against the order. Trying to get a full refund and still no news….
