Don't expect any contact if you leave a review which isn't fully in their favour. They won't respond!
Left an honest review on Booking.com, following a stay at Shepherds Bush. Dorsett responded asking me to reach out to them to discuss this further. Despite me doing this a number of times, they kept saying to contact them and no one has come back to me. I now find all messages from them on the Booking.com portal, deleted, but thankfully have copies in my email. Seems they want reviews, but only if they are 100% positive!
