I would put zero stars if there was the option. After finally receiving my item (four weeks) and repeatedly chasing the bag finally arrived. It was for my grown up daughters birthday. The bag was supposed to be a hand crocheted bucket bag. What came was absolutely nothing as described or illustrated online. Not only was it machine made it was oblong. The fastening was placed in the wrong directions. Absolutely terribly made. Not cheap either. I emailed and emailed and emailed. To be offered 10% of my money back and keep the defected item!! Then 20% and keep the defective item. Then if I pay for the return and I haven't opened the inside packaging and it's resaleable then I could have a refund. Absolutely disgusting service. Hence to say an absolute scam. I wouldn't even give it to charity!!!!
