Paid and Never Reveived
I ordered a 2 wheel self balancing wheel a sample to potentially purchase a bulk order. It's been almost two weeks and I haven't received the product. Online status says shipped but there isn't a tracking number nor have the emailed me. I've sent messages with no response in return and every time I call no one is available to assist. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them because the customer service is terrible.
