Lack of customer support
Ordered sofa cover for our new set after sent photos of the sofa. Received cover's which doesn't fit well and it's the wrong one. Had professional person to fit but it's not compatible. Sent emails but no response 😕😕😟. Be careful 🙏. We lost money.
