Over 5 weeks and still no patches!!
Ordered some patches to my mums address in Northern Ireland on 23rd April, paid just under £50. I received an email with tracking info several days later, which showed no information at all until 8th May. This stated the parcel had been returned to sender as it was a non compliant item. Contacted customer services again who said it was still in transit through the UK and would be with me soon, even though said parcel had already been to N Ireland and was returned to a sorting office in England. I was told this same thing by the company for the next 3 1/2 weeks - to wait as it was in transit, 5 weeks after I’d placed the order After sending another email a couple of days ago, I was told this parcel had been delivered to an address in London - they had no idea why and were sorry - I’m now having to wait for a refund though my credit card card company as I raised a dispute through them for non recipt of the patches which could take over 30 days! Absolutely ridiculous!
