Not so great and bait and switch tactics
I find it funny how many great reviews there are..these people either have low expectations or really have never dealt with a great company. SMH. Not a pleasurable experience from the start. They use the old bait switch tactic as well. 1st there was a simple no fee program that you could utilize, then that went to a monthly membership program 29.95 well now they switched that to 49.95 program yet through all of this they fail to have product, fail to communicate with you and always make excuse. Their ceo loves to brag about the company and capitalization and revenue increases on linked in ...but never mentions how he keeps raising the monthly membership fees..yet they fail to perform up to that level. Now they changed their label requirements and guess who gets to pay for that transition you...oh yeah they off 3 free migration while at the same time making it more difficult to design or update your own label.. That's dirtball tactics....fortunately I have never really pushed an online presence for my products and just kept it in house. The early on BS kept me from really focusing on the products as I never fully trust them to be a decent business partner and their tactics clearly demonstrate that.
