Cleaning Fever: Shred me!
The woman who answered the call at almost 6;15 pm was patient and thorough even though the office was closing at 6:30. She let me know that the person who schedules the truck would probably call in the morning. Additionally, she mentioned that the truck usually comes within 2 days of the request. The Shred Nations rep was informative and helpful. I think this review is premature, since I have not had the shredding service yet.
