DO NOT BUY FROM ATOMSTACK
I unfortunately made the mistake of purchasing a laser engraver (X20 Pro) from these guys 6 months ago. For more than 3 of those months it has been out of order due to waiting for spare parts to arrive due to various hardware failures. Currently it stopped working 60 days ago, I've tried various spare parts sent, but to no avail. Now I've told the support team, enough is enough, I want my money returned & they just no longer reply to any messages. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from Atomstack unless you have money to throw away.
