Alpha Smartphones; they sell phones, but they DON’T answer their calls or respond!!
Phone arrived as needed. However, when trying to call them to chase them on the delivery status and whether the item was in fact being processed on their system after taking full payment from you (as you don't receive ANY communication from them once your order has been placed), it's basically a very very poor service level. I called them on their dedicated customer services number, which has 4 or 5 available departments you can select and each of them goes to an answer phone message as NO ONE is currently available! Doesn't matter whether it's sales, returns, accounts, refunds. Nobody answers the phones during their normal working hours. I left 2 separate messages on 2 separate departments when I was chasing my order, and nobody EVER came back to me, either by phone or email. Utterly poor service and beware if you are keen on customer service; which I am.
