This Is How Customer Service Should Be
I ordered a battery, and the support team proactively contacted me to ask for photos of the old battery to avoid sending the wrong item. Great initiative! The shipment was also very fast afterward. Unfortunately, although the battery specifications (voltage, capacity, etc.) matched exactly what I needed, the connector pins were not identical. The support team responded very quickly and was extremely friendly. The return process and refund were handled smoothly and without any issues. It's a shame the battery didn't fit in the end, but this is genuinely an excellent shop. This is how customer service should be everywhere. Highly recommended!
