I love using remote utilities as it is very easy to use. The only thing I do not like is they do not have a customer service phone number.

DIRX deserves a 10!
My pharmacy closed and I didn't know where to go with my RX's. Good RX had this company mentioned on the bottom of their list so I tried DIRX. I love their service and how I can always speak to a real person if I have any questions. Personally I would give them a 10 if I could.
