The Tech came and said that they would have to run fiber to my house to turn on the new service. that was 3 days ago and we have not heard anything since. The salesperson that sold the package never said anything about changing our wiring or anything like that. Supposed to be quick and painless. Now we don't know what is happening. Not the Tech's fault - just no communication in the system and we get lost in the shuffle.
