Here we go again..
I already left one bad review, which of course resulted in them finally getting back at me, after I had waited for over a month for a reply from their sales representative, Inna. Inna contacted me and we arranged for me to send back the defective goods, which was quite expensive btw. I've checked the delivery status and it appears that the post service has tried to deliver the goods, but for some reason couldnt. And what do you know! Now TVC is not answering again! This is simply getting ridiculous. This company is, like many Chinese companies, just another scam, where they try to run from their responsibilities as soon as they have their money. Im done doing business with people from this country, its amazing how you can have so little integrity as some of these people show.
