need to advise when whole company takes a week off
I bought a present for my daughter in September for her birthday. No confirmation, tracking number etc. I put a fraud alert on payment thinking for sure the place is a scam. Finally get word that all of China is off for a week first week of October. Present was coming from USA but they just stopped in tracks. Eventually arrived very late, but happy with product. got to tell customers you are not doing anything for a week. I felt deceived as I would have gone elsewhere to get it on time.
