I purchased a Puffco Plus
I purchased a Puffco Plus, and had trouble finding the 3 heat setting. I called twice,had to leave a message, no one returned it, sent 2 emails, no reply, I finally made a 3rd call and talked to a rep.,this is what I had to go through for a simple problem.
