Good Service, Lacking Site
Sometimes the site has loading times that are just abyssmal. Which may be the most annoying thing about it. Also my order didnt seem to show up in the system for an hour, BUT and this is why I love the site and would always buy keys from there again, the customer support was outstanding. I received a very quick, not standardized Answer to my ticket (some might like a more formal approach, but I like these kind of messages a lot more). The support was very friendly and helpful.
