Scam
The store is a scam. Their sizing is off. I returned the item because it was incredibly large on me and paid 1/3 of the item value for shipping. I still did not receive the refund, although the item arrived at their storage a week ago. There is no customer service that can answer to your questions; US and Canada phones from their website do not work.
