Scammers taking advantage of Coronavirus situation. Vile people!!
Ordered hand sanitiser on behalf of an elderly, frightened, lady who has just lost her husband. Site said in stock with 3 day delivery. Wonderful, we thought, even though the price was huge, it was worth it to get the sanitiser to our vulnerable friend. Sent e mail yesterday asking when it would be delivered, if not in 7 days we wanted a refund. Here is their reply: "Hi there, Thank you for contacting us. Your order will be delivered within 2 working days of receiving your tracking number. If your order does not arrive between these dates, please let us know and we will assist in any way we can." When we get our tracking number, who knows. I suspect we will not. AVOID, DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO PROFIT FURTHER FROM YOUR DISCOMFORT AS WE HAVE DONE !!!
