I purchased my mask in May 28th 2024
I purchased my mask in May 28th 2024 My mask stopped working on December 23rd2024. How such an expensive mask could be defective after less than 7 months ?!? I immediately emailed the company and up to today it’s been a nonstop back-and-forth on Getting them to send me a working mask I emailed pictures videos to prove that the mask is defective At first they wanted me to pay to send the damaged mask . then they finally agree to reimburse me the shipping fees. 2 days ago I went to ups to mail the mask back and the address ( city aND zip code were not making sense in the ups system ) . The mailing city adress is DOWNEY (ca) , but the zip code provided is EL MONTEY (ca). I emailed and I’m still waiting on an PROPER address on where to send this mask. I want is a new mask that works! Please do the right thing . At this point feels like a scam Be very careful , DO NOT TAKE PURCHASE. Very shady business and quite frankly, you cannot trust what it is that they’re advertising about that mask
