Great initially, until I had to change something
Great initially, until I had to change something..then the problems stated. Initial discussion was good and everything went smoothly. The problem began when I found 1 question that was entered inaccurately that I needed to get corrected. And despite generally descent responsiveness to questions, they don't seem to be able to actually make any corrections to the policy. In the month+ since I notified them they still haven't made the correction needed. I messaged them via the txt msg's and via the website. After a month of nothing they literally just re-pushed the same wrong policy at me to try and get me to sign it. So the document was denied and another day has gone by, zero follow up. I would not recommend this company because they don't seem to be able or willing to correct anything after the initial discussion in a time frame anyone would find acceptable.
