If I could rate as a minus I would! Ordered a product in December 2025 and after a month I chased the company for an update as it stated the product had been delivered - it had not . After much back and forth I was advised it had been lost in transit and another product would be dispatched…we are now at the end of March and still nothing. Even the company keep churning out the same auto responses…”please be patient” HA!! What a joke
