Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company! I purchased a scooter for my son, and it took them a week to email me saying it wasn’t available. Instead, they asked if I wanted to upgrade to a different model, which required an additional payment. I refused and requested a full refund. As soon as I asked for a refund, they disappeared and stopped responding to my emails. I had to ask my bank to step in and submit a fraud claim. Only after my bank got involved did I finally receive my refund. Avoid this company at all costs. You’re much better off paying a little extra and buying from a local store or a reputable retailer.
