RIP OFF, FRAUDULENT COMPANY! PLEASE EXPOSE THESE CROOKS!
I'm a frequent online shopper & saw a YOU TUBE of a boy promoting what a great deal the 2 wheel balance hover board was from TVC-Mall. I ordered it on Nov. 6th, they sent me a message on November 12th with a UPS tracking number. They said to wait a few days to track it and also mentioned to take pictures of the scooter immediately when it arrived in case of damages! RED FLAG #1! After a week of trying to track it via UPS and "no tracking information" releasedly found I contacted them & they said to be patient & not worry that it had shipped. Lucky for me my husband is a UPS International Sakes Rep and they said the tracking # was fraudulent. After many attempts of contacting TVC Mall, they told me to "calm down" and it would arrive by Thanksgiving weekend. Still no package or tracking info after that. After 2 more emails, no response? Finally after submitting a claim to Pay Pay, they claimed the scooter was on Clearance and they said they didn't know if it would ship. Hmmmm, after claiming it had shipped 3 weeks ago. Then told me it was no longer available. I checked their website which had it on sale for half the price and said "ships in 1-3 days"!?!?!? Check out their website, this is some 3rd Wirld Chinese garage based scam! This was a Christmas present for my son! Please expose this company & buy only from the USA, the extra $$$$$ is worth it! I'm Hoping I'll get my $350 back from PayPal!!! God forgive these thieves!!!!!!!
