Unreliable
I have ordered several things and some experiences were OK and others were not. I had to cancel one order after waiting 2 months and them saying that they will ship it when they get it. I did get a refund. My latest experience is ordering an airplane with a "7-day delivery" guarantee. After another 2 month wait, I tried to cancel but this time was told that the order was "in process". So now I wait again and hope, with no recourse to get my order or my money back!
