Took almost one month to recieve the item
I made an order on 11/18/2015 and was suppose to receive the item within 4 to 7 days. I finally received the item on 12/9/2015. I had sent three emails but never got an answer, I called 4 times and finally got someone to answer the phone. It was hard to understand what was being said, I do not know if it was the connection or what was being said.
