False advertising and dishonourable
False advertising. Put a 30% promo code on the pages of some products. I inserted and the total reflected a 30% discount. But i didn't complete my transaction for various reasons. The next day I saw that the code was still there. To cut a long story short SA then tried to sell me a more expensive item at their physical store.. i mentioned the 30% online, they said it is a glitch (excuse me, a decent company will just honour it). I still saw it online. A few days later it was still there, but it didn;rt work anymore.. = the discount wouldn't be reflected in the final total. So I complained to Gordon Max. They have taken off the code completely and refused to honour this false advertising. However, i have the photo taken and with the time stamp. Please feel free to contact me. I know they are in the business of fake diamonds, but come on, fake advertising too? How do I trust a company like this?
