My father ordered a balance wheel from them, and it has been a couple days over a month since we paid for it and we still have not received it. We have yet to see it on the tracking, we did get a tracking number but it says it was requested to get returned to the sender. I have emailed twice already and and still no answer, i used to get replies right away but not anymore. I was told they ran out of stock in the us warehouse and had to get it sent in from china. And its been foreverr.
