Hopeless Site to Purchase From
Bought a watch, they took my money, failed to send a receipt. When I tried 'Tack Order' it said I had no orders. I tried logging in again later but the site would not allow me to enter anything at log in, just a constant 'session expired' message instantly before anything could be entered at all. I couldn't use the other method by order number because I had not got a receipt to track from. I tried the support email address and it returned as 'did not exist'. I would expect a better web experience from a huge techno company. In fairness I have to say that I did get another e-mail through the following morning and had a response with full details within a couple of hours. The watch was delivered the next day, so impressed by this aspect.
