unacceptable experience
I order the mobile Kingzone K1 from Antelife. When I ordered the mobile the total amount on the website appeared to be 196.34 euros. Then, in my Bank statement, it appeared, I was charged 208,91 euros. The real problem however came when the mobile started to have problems in less than two months with absolutely no fault from my part and eventually, after short while I could not even turned it on at all. After long time of contacts I returned the phone for repairing which came back after ages of waiting and the result was the mobile had the same problems. At that time I was really upset and tired but I kindly contacted them again to report the problem for the second time. They told me to send back for repairing but I refused to go through this painful procedure again and I asked for something better! Their suggestion was to send a second hand mobile of half the value (when new) from what I had already paid for the Kingzone. I was very disappointed because really, I was expecting them to offer a new Kingzone to replace the faulty one, which they had checked it was faulty in less than three months, so it was under warranty, however I had to take this option since they left me with no other choice. But my Odyssey was not over! The secondhand half value phone they offered me had a problem too, it was not ringing and the video had no voice! I contacted them again but they started the same story: take video of the problem to see that the mobile really had a problem(they should knew anyway before they had sent it off to me!) and then I had to send this secondhand replacement mobile again for repairing. So far, the whole procedure took almost a year and they asked me to continue to play their little game and spend more time taking video, sending a cheap second hand mobile for repairing, waiting ages for the repairing and from my one year of experience probably I will end up a nerve rack and disappointed again. When in my final email I answered I cannot bother with them anymore their answer was just OK. Unacceptable experience which I really do not like to remember, but I really wanted to share in order to save others.
