After contacting PITAKA regarding a very minor issue with my new iPhone 17 pro edge case they offered a replacement case without hesitation even though I didnt ask for it. This type of customer service is very rare these days so THANK you PITAKA customer service. Very highly recommended. Also the product is awesome.
