Sweater never came
I ordered a Xmas sweater for a party. Checked delivery times carefully. From tracking I can see the package just stopped moving 2 weeks ago and did not make it in time. Customer service has auto-generated answer saying my message is missing info that I have very clearly stated. Not sure if I’ll ever see the shirt or my money..
