When I initially called your sevice, your representative told me I will have all the following Russian channels:RTVi, NTV America, Vremja,RTN, RTN+, RTR Planet, STS,Channel1.
As the result, I have instead STS(9899), DTSKY(9900), AMDIA(9901), RKINO(9902),ILUZN(9904). All are the Russian channels. I am not talking about American channels now. But your representative initially gave me the wrong information about the Russian channels. So I do not have whatever was expected. Also I would need the full list of all channels you provide with the names and numbers of the channels. I do not know how you are going to solve that problem but now I am very unsatisfied with that. Also nobody told me about 2 years contract I have to follow. I am very regret that I switched to your service. Sincerely, Irene Michaels.
