Do not buy from blackview…
I bought a bv9800 pro was very happy with it for a short while despite how long it took for it to be delivered. The phone one day completely died, customer support is totally unhelpful, they take ages to reply and won't do anything because it's out of warrantee, which they start from the day of purchase not from the day of delivery, I have only been using this phone for around seven months. I took it to a repair shop and they said the motherboard is fried and there is no display, there is nothing they can do to fix it.
