Disgusting behaviour from this company
Disgusting behaviour from this company. Clearly a scam and their website doesn’t work properly so you can’t actually login. Having read the “refund policy” they appear to have an automated system setup. If you follow their instructions explicitly you get a reply almost immediately advising that any subscription has been cancelled and refunds processed 1) email support[at]tryinnerly.com with the subject “Refund Request” 2) you can likely write whatever you like in the email. I opted to give them a piece of my mind not that it’ll get read I got a reply within about a minute saying it was cancelled and a refund processed. I’ll post back here if the refund goes in I’ll be contacting my bank to make sure the merchant is blocked tomorrow
