Faulty item- refused full refund - appalling service!
Ordered 6 necklaces for my bridesmaids with one letter initials on each. One turned up and the metal was mottled, it had bubbles in the metal where the initial was. It was ruined. I couldnt give it to one bridesmaid so had to buy more for them to match. I couldn't order another as it took literally one month for them to arrive in the first place! when i notified JJ's house i was offered a part refund for one necklace as it was 'personalised' (it wasn't). When i said no, its not good enough as it was faulty. I haven't heard from them since!! Shoddy quality. You may as well buy from Poundland instead.
