Impossible to cancel subscription
I subscribed and then decided to cancel the next day (well within the 14 day trial period). However, the app does not let you cancel and just comes up with error messages when you try. I contacted support who have been very responsive but have not come up with a solution and instead told me to sign up again and then cancel. I've done this and now have made 2 payments but still can't cancel. I'm still awaiting resolution. I would avoid this app!! Update: After being told the subscription was cancelled, they then proceed to debit my account £41.88! I had to claim my money back through PayPal dispute resolution. They still got £16.99 from me although I cancelled well within time but I'm exhausted with all the constant emails I had to write which is probably their intention!
