I’ll be shopping again!
I’ve been so impressed with CRZ Yoga. The quality of their products is amazing, and they’re genuinely one of the best alternatives to Lululemon I’ve found. The fabrics feel great, they’re well made, and they hold up really well. What really stood out to me, though, was their customer service. I made a mistake with my return and didn’t follow the return instructions by taking photos before sending it back. Even so, their team was incredibly understanding, reviewed my proof of delivery, made an exception, and processed my refund. They were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve the situation. It’s rare to find a company that offers both great products and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be shopping with CRZ Yoga again!
